You asked for it screen02You asked some great questions last week. Here are the verses from the answers.

1. Can you Trust the Bible?

Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:20-21

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
The Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God and the Foundation for life.

2. Why Hasn’t Jesus Physically Come to Earth for 2000 years?

And then at last, the sign that the Son of Man is coming will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among all the peoples of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send out his angels with the mighty blast of a trumpet, and they will gather his chosen ones from all over the world—from the farthest ends of the earth and heaven. Matthew 24:30-31
Also Hebrews 9:26-28

His sheep follow him because they know his voice…My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. John 10:4, 27
1. God’s method of speaking Varies
2. God’s voice often seems Inconvenient
3. God’s voice is always consistent with the Bible

4. When we are told to “worship” God, what exactly does that mean?

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship. Romans 12:1
Be a 24/7 worshipper

5. If you accept Jesus as your Savior, but spend your life going your own way, ignoring God will you still go to Heaven?

See Matthew 13:18-23
If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left. Hebrews 10:24

If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. Luke 9:23
